2 July Alt Trachenburg and Isny – A fine day in an Allgau castle ruin and a very pleasant small town with a great pedestrian area and a number of cool towers.

8 Jul Tratzberg Castle Austria – Off to Schloss Tratzberg in the Tirol just above the Inn valley east of Innsbruck. Amazing wooden interiors, plenty of antlers and an amazing room with the family tree painted on the wall for many generations.
